- 강연 내용 요약: This presentation shows a novel architecture of two-negative-feedback-loop phase-locked loop (PLL). The outer negative feedback loop is a conventional PLL loop. The inner negative feedback loop consisting of a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and a frequency voltage converter (FVC) is nested inside a conventional outer PLL loop. It improves the phase noise characteristic and the stability of PLL. The integrated RMS jitters of a conventional PLL and the two-negative-feedback-loop PLL are 132.5ps and 8.68ps, respectively. The integrated jitter of the proposed two-negative-feedback-loop PLL is reduced to 1/15 of the conventional PLL.
