1. Application for roommate : 2023. 2. 3.(Fri) 18:00 ~ 2. 7.(Tue) 18:00 (Korean Time)

   1) Student who wants to apply for a roommate, both of you need to apply for.

       (In case, only one student apply but other one doesn't, it is not accepted to apply for the roommate.)

   2) If you don't apply for a roommate, your roommate will be randomly assigned in the dormitory. (cannot be changed)

   3) If the student who you want to be a roommate with is a Korean, you need to apply for roommate via e-mail(idorm@pusan.ac.kr) with your student ID, name and your roommate’s student ID, name during the period of roommate application.

   4) If you want to have a Korean roommate, you need to apply for roommate via e-mail (idorm@pusan.ac.kr) during the period of roommate application.

(But if there is no Korean student who wants to be, your roommate will be allocated randomly.)

2. Application for Halal Kitchen & Masjid for Muslims

  2) Students who canceled meal : submit google form

     Students who didn’t cancel meal : submit google form + certificate of religion via email (idorm@pusan.ac.kr)

4. Move-in

   - Yangsan Campus : After 2. 26.(Sun) 10:00

※ Meal in the dormitory cafeteria is available after 3. 1.(Wed).

※ When check-in, you are required to inform your Building No. and Room No. (Please remember your room No.)

    If you just say your student ID or name, your check-in will take a lot of time.

5. Completion Dormitory Orientation (★ Mandatory)

   - Period : 3. 6.(Mon) ~ 3. 27.(Mon) (Busan, Miryang Campus)

   - How to : Online Orientation

   - More details will be uploaded on the website of the dormitory : https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/

   - ★ If you don't take an orientation, you will get penalty points(-3 points).

6. Receipt Print-out : After 3. 2.(Thu) 12:00

7. Confirmation of Dormitory Resident Print-out : After 3. 2.(Thu) 12:00 https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/

8. After moving into the dormitory(after March), all schedule and notice will be uploaded on the PNU Dormitory website https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/. So you need to visit the website regularly.

★ If you want to stay in the dormitory during winter/summer semester, you need to check the notice on the website of the dormitory(Nov./May) and apply for that to the dormitory (not PNU International)

  1) 룸메이트를 원하는 2인이 함께 신청해야 함. (1인만 신청 시 룸메이트 배정 불가)

  2) 기간 내에 신청하지 않는 경우, 대학생활원에서 임의 배정함. (변경 불가)

  3) 룸메이트를 희망하는 학생이 한국인일 경우, 룸메이트 신청기간 내에 본인 학번, 이름과 룸메이트 학번, 이름을 기재해서 메일로(idorm@pusan.ac.kr) 신청해야 함.

  4) 한국학생과 룸메이트 신청을 원하는 학생은 룸메이트 신청기간 내에 메일로(idorm@pusan.ac.kr) 신청해야 함. (원하는 한국학생이 없는 경우, 룸메이트는 임의 배정함)
