Penalty Points
- Penalty points are given according to dormitory regulations (explained during dormitory orientation)
- If you receive three (3) or more penalty points, you will be immediately expelled and unable to live in the dormitory the following semester.
- Penalty points remain on your record, so students wishing to live in the dormitory again must apply after receiving a remission of penalties.
- How to Receive a Remission of Penalties
Obtain and submit the application for 'remission of penalties' in the dormitory's administrative office and perform volunteer activities (environmental cleanup or other pre-approved volunteer work) according to the Resident Assistant's (RA) instructions. One (1) point is remitted after each 4-hour block of volunteer activity.
Submitting Room Fees
- Submit within given time frame using your individual virtual account number.
Submitting Health Forms
- Required Documents: Result sheet from chest X-Ray.
- Submit when first admitted to the dormitory. In subsequent years, submit the form once a year when receiving your room key, either in the spring or fall semester.
- Health forms issued abroad are accepted; however, they must have been issued within one (1) month before entrance to the dormitory.
