화학과 대학원 내규에 의해, 2019 후기(2020년 8월 예정자) 석박사학위 예비심사를 시행하고자 하오니, 해당자는 아래의 내용을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

<석사학위 예비심사>
1. 대상자 : 2020년 8월 석사 졸업 예정자
2. 예비심사위원회 구성
1) 심사위원 3인 명단 제출 (위원장 1명, 위원 2명)
2) 심사위원은 지도교수와 상의하여 결정(지도교수는 위원장이 될 수 없음)
3) 심사위원명단 제출 : 2020년 1월 8일(수)까지
3. 예비심사
1) 일정 : 추후 공고
2) (유기전공) 발표 : 15분발표 + 5분 질의응답
(무기,분석,생,물리전공) 보고서 : A4 10페이지 내외, 학위논문(본문) 작성양식에 따름
4. 결과제출
1) 유기전공 : 발표내용 요약문 (A4 1페이지)
2) 무기, 분석, 생, 물리전공 : 보고서, 예비심사결과보고서(서식)
3) 제출기한 : 2020년 2월 20일(목)까지
<박사학위 예비심사>
1. 대상자 : 2020년 8월 박사 졸업 예정자
2. 예비심사위원회 구성
1) 심사위원 5인 결정 (위원장 1명, 위원 4명) : 지도교수는 위원장이 될 수 없음,
외부심사위원 1~2명 포함
2) 심사일 결정 : 지도교수와 상의하여 결정함. (2020년 1~2월 중)
3) 예비심사요구서 등 제출 : 2020년 1월 8일(수)까지
연구실적물은 발표된 논문, 투고 직전의 논문 포함하여 증빙서류 제출
3. 예비심사
1) 발표 : 학위과정에서 달성한 연구성과와 앞으로의 연구방향을 20분 분량으로 준비
2) 발표일정은 최소 2주 전에 심사위원에게 전달하고,
논문제목 & 요약본은 예비발표전 심사위원 교수님께 제출함
4. 예비심사와 결과보고서를 2020년 2월 20일(목)까지 완료하여 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Preliminary Assessment of Master's and Ph.D. degree
Under the graduate school regulations of the Department of Chemistry, we intend to carry out a preliminary evaluation for master's & Ph.D degree.
Please check the following information. All necessary forms can be downloaded from the homepage of the department.
<Master’s degree preliminary evaluation>
1. Applicants: Those who are expected to graduate in August 2020
2. Composition of the preliminary examination committee
1) Submission of list of 3 judges (1 chairperson, 2 committee members)
2) The judging committee is decided by consulting with the advisor (advisor can not be the chairperson)
3) Submission of list of judges: By Wednesday, January 8, 2020
3. Preliminary Examination
1) Schedule: Future announcement
2) (Organic chemistry) Presentation- 15min announcement
(Inorganic, Analytical, Bio, and Physical chemistry) Report: A4 10 pages
4. Submit the results
1) Organic chemistry : Presentation summary (A4 1 page)
2) Others except for organic : Report & Preliminary Examination Report (Form)
3) Deadline for Submission: By Thursday, February 20, 2020
<Ph.D preliminary evaluation>
1. Target person: Ph.D who will graduate in August 2020
2. Composition of the preliminary examination committee
1) Decision of 5 judges (1 chairperson, 4 committee members) : Advisor can not be chairperson/ Includes 1 or 2 external judges
2) Decision on the date of the presentation (From January to February 2020) : It’s decided by consulting with the supervisor.
3) Preliminary examination request: By Wednesday, Janurary 8, 2020
(papers including published or submitted papers and manuscripts in preparation for Ph.D. research)
3. Preliminary Examination
1) Oral Presentation: Prepare 20 minutes of research results and future research direction achieved in the degree program
2) The announcement schedule should be communicated to the judges at least two weeks in advance, title of the paper & abstract should be submitted to the professor before the pre-announcement
