All Master’s and Doctoral candidates graduating in February 2026 must submit printed thesis copies and an electronic file to the library.

• Printed copies: Feb 3, 2026 (09:30 ~ 17:30), in person only
• Electronic file: Feb 3 ~ 11, 2026, online submission

Submission is mandatory by law. A non-public thesis option is available upon application.
