학위논문 제출 자격시험 시행

◆ 응시대상 및 지원자격

-외국어 시험: 영어시험 합격기준을 충족한 대학원생 누구나

-종합시험: 각 과정 수료 기준학점의1/2이상 이수자

지원자 인터넷 신청기간: 2026.02.19.(목) 10:00 ~ 2026.03.10.(화) 18:00

1. 종합시험: 신청기간 내 인터넷(학생지원시스템) 신청

-시험 일자: 2026.03.16.(월) ~ 2026.03.20.(금)

2. 외국어 시험: 합격 기준 충족 후 증빙서류 제출

- 합격(면제)기준으로 시험 대체

- 합격(면제)기준을 충족하는 자만 신청가능

- 외국인 학생에 한해 영어 대신 한국어 선택 가능

- 학생지원시스템 외국어시험신청 메뉴 내 ‘영어’ 또는‘한국어(외국인에 한함)’ 신청 시 아래 사항 중 1가지 선택 및 증빙서류 첨부

    1) 공인(영어/한국어)성적 취득자 : 시험명, 성적, 합격일자 등 기재된 성적표 업로드 (신청 마감일(‘26. 3. 20.)기준 2년 이내 취득한 성적)

    2) 대체강좌이수자 : 언어교육원의 프로그램 연동으로 “이수” 표시될 경우만 신청가능(제출서류 없음)

    3) 영어권국가의 국적자 또는 선수학위취득자 : 국적 기재 여권 또는 졸업증명서류 업로드

※ 인터넷(학생지원시스템) 신청 및 증빙자료 첨부

    - 학생지원시스템 → 졸업 → 학위논문제출자격시험 → 종합시험신청/외국어시험신청

    - 응시대상과목중 지원과목 모두 선택 후 하단 [신청]버튼 클릭

The major dates for the 2026 Spring Semester Thesis Submission Qualification Examination are as follows.

Eligible applicants must review the guidelines carefully and apply/take the examination within the designated period.

◆ Eligibility

    Foreign Language Examination: Graduate students who have met the English examination passing criteria.    

    Comprehensive Examination: Students who have completed at least half of the required credits for their program.

1. Application Period

    Online Application (PNU One-stop): Feb 19, 2026 (Thu) 10:00 ~ Mar 10, 2026 (Tue) 18:00

2. Examination Schedule

 - Comprehensive Examination

Application: Online via Student Support System during the application period

Examination Dates: Mar 16, 2026 (Mon) ~ Mar 20, 2026 (Fri)

- Foreign Language Examination

Eligibility: Only for those who meet the passing (exemption) criteria

Notes: International students may take the Korean test instead of English

Passing (Exemption) Criteria & Required Documents

- In the Foreign Language Test Application menu of the Student Support System, applicants for English or Korean (foreigners only)

     must select one of the following options and submit the corresponding supporting document.

    1) Official Test Scores (English/Korean): Upload a score report indicating the test name, score, and passing date.

     -Must be obtained within two years of the application deadline (Mar 20, 2026).

    2) Completion of Substitute Course: Automatically recognized via the Language Education Institute’s program linkage (no documents required).

    3) Nationals or Degree Holders from English-Speaking Countries: Upload passport (showing nationality) or graduation certificate.

Application Procedure

    Student Support System → Graduation → Thesis Submission Qualification Examination

    → Apply for Comprehensive Examination / Foreign Language Examination

    Select all applicable subjects and click the [Apply] button.

    Upload required documents within the system.
