Today, we bring you the news of the <2024 Academic Year Summer Vacation Special Lecture: Speaking Class (~A2 Level)>
with native instructors Daniela Levine and Christina Jach from the German Language and Literature department!

In the 2024 academic year, there have been even more German speaking classes, study sessions, and special lectures compared to the previous year.
Among them, the summer vacation special lecture focused on enhancing students' speaking skills,
offering a variety of classes designed to help improve their proficiency in speaking German.

As shown in the professor's syllabus below, students were able to gain confidence in speaking and participate in various conversational situations, which helped them improve their speaking skills.
x-objective: To improve students' speaking skills
Practice speaking German with natural pronunciation and intonation.
Practice introducing oneself fluently, without hesitation, using correct sentence structures and vocabulary.
Practice conversing confidently on basic everyday topics (e.g., making plans, talking about experiences).
Practice expressing personal opinions using appropriate expressions for a given topic.
Course Structure:
Monday to Wednesday > Instructor Christina
Improve pronunciation and intonation through various practice methods.
Increase vocabulary related to self-introduction and everyday conversation topics.
Practice practical everyday conversations.
Thursday to Friday > Instructor Daniela
Highlight: German Bread Experience (End of Friday's class)

By experiencing various situations and x-objects that can only be found in Germany, students were able to improve their speaking skills in a more enriching way.
It truly was a valuable time that offered both practical knowledge and cultural insight!
