Application for Postponement of Thesis Evaluation

1. 제출 기한: 2025. 7. 4.(금) 오후 5시까지

2. 제출 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실

3. 신청서 양식: 첨부파일 참조

4. 심사 연기 시 유의사항:

  1) 심사 연기는 심사비를 납부한 학기의 다음 학기까지만 1회에 한해 가능합니다.

     (* 추가 연기는 불가하며, 이후 심사를 다시 신청할 경우 심사비를 다시 납부해야 함)

  2) 연기자는 다음 학기에 별도의 신청 없이 자동으로 심사 대상자가 됩니다.

  3) 심사 연기에 따른 심사위원 변경은 불가합니다.

  4) 연기한 다음 학기에도 심사를 완료하지 못한 경우, ‘논문심사결과보고서’에 ‘심사결과’란에 ‘부(不, Fail)’로 표기하고 ‘심사요지’를 작성하여 반드시 제출해야 합니다.

4. Important notes for postponement:

  1) Postponement is allowed only once, and only until the semester following the one in which the evaluation fee was paid.

(* Additional postponements are not allowed. If you reapply for evaluation after postponement, you must pay the evaluation fee again.)

  2) Postponed students will automatically be subject to evaluation in the following semester without submitting a separate application or paying a fee.

  3) Committee members cannot be changed due to postponement.

  4) If evaluation is not completed even in the postponed semester, you must submit the Report of Thesis Evaluation with ‘Fail’ marked in the result section and include the evaluation summary.
