Notice on Verification and Update of Personal Information in the Student Support System

원활한 학사 안내 및 각종 증명서 발급을 위하여, 학생지원시스템에 등록된 개인정보(국문이름, 영문이름, 연락처, 이메일 등)를 반드시 확인하시고 최신 정보로 업데이트하여 주시기 바랍니다.

특히 영문이름은 영문 증명서에 그대로 반영되오니, 여권과 동일하게 정확히 입력하여 주시기 바랍니다.

개인정보가 정확하지 않을 경우 중요한 안내를 받지 못할 수 있으므로, 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

□ 수정 방법: 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → 학적 → 학생신청 → 학적부기재사항정정신청

  - 이메일, 휴대폰 번호: 시스템에서 직접 수정 가능

  - 국문/영문 이름: 첨부된 신청서 작성 후 온라인 제출, 담당 부서에서 변경 처리

To ensure smooth academic communication and proper issuance of certificates, all students are required to verify and update their personal information (Korean name, English name, phone number, email address, etc.) in the Student Support System.

Please note that your English name will be used exactly as entered on official English certificates. Therefore, it must match your passport and be entered accurately.

If your personal information is not up to date, you may fail to receive important academic notices. Please make sure to review and update your information.

□ How to Update: 학생지원시스템(onestop.pusan.ac.kr) → Academic → Student Application → Application for Change of Academic Record

  - Email address and phone number: can be updated directly in the system

  - Korean/English name: Complete and submit the attached application form online. The change will be processed by the responsible office.
