Notice on Distribution of Student Calendars for Incoming Students

2026년도 개교 80주년을 기념하여 제작된 학생용 캘린더를 신입생 대상으로 배부합니다.

이번 캘린더는 캠퍼스 생활을 일러스트로 표현한 디자인으로 제작되었으며, 12개월 달력 속에 숨어 있는 ‘80’ 숫자 80개를 찾는 재미도 있습니다.

아래 내용을 확인하시어 캘린더를 수령해 가시기 바랍니다.

1. 배부 대상: 2026년 1학기 국제전문대학원 신입생

  (※ 휴학생, 수료생, 교환학생은 배부 대상에서 제외되며, 별도 배부 기간 추후 안내 예정)

2. 배부 장소: 국제전문대학원 행정실

3. 배부 수량: 1인 1개

4. 배부 기간: 2026. 3. 13.(금)까지

5. 배부 시간: 행정실 운영시간 (월–금, 09:00~18:00 / 점심시간 12:00~13:00 제외)

6. 안내사항

  1) 수령 시 학번 확인 예정

  2) 대리 수령 가능 (대리 수령 시, 수령 대상 학생의 학번을 반드시 알려주어야 함)

  3) 배부기간 내 수령 후 남은 캘린더는 재학생·휴학생·수료생·교환학생 등을 대상으로 추가 배부할 예정

  4) 배부 기간 내 수령이 어려우나 수령 의사가 있는 재학생은 국제전문대학원 행정실로 별도 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of Pusan National University in 2026, student calendars have been produced and will be distributed to incoming students.

This year’s calendar features illustrations depicting campus life. In addition, you can enjoy finding 80 hidden “80” numbers throughout the 12-month calendar pages.

Please refer to the information below and pick up your calendar within the designated period.

1. Recipients: Incoming students of GSIS for the Spring 2026 semester

  (※ Students on leave of absence, students who have completed coursework, and exchange students are excluded from this distribution. A separate distribution period will be announced later.)

2. Distribution Location: GSIS Office

3. Quantity: One calendar per student

4. Distribution Period: Until 2026. 3. 13.(Fri)

5. Distribution Hours: Office hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (Closed during lunch break: 12:00–13:00)

6. Notes

  1) Student ID numbers will be checked at the time of pickup.

  2) Proxy pickup is allowed. The proxy must provide the recipient’s student ID number.

  3) Remaining calendars after the distribution period will be additionally distributed to enrolled students, students on leave, students who have completed coursework, and exchange students.

  4) Students who are unable to pick up the calendar during the distribution period but wish to receive one are requested to contact the GSIS Office separately.
