The Final Round of Thesis Defense for the Master's degree

1. Date: 2025. Jun. 13.(Fri), 10:00~ (* 20 minutes for each person)

2. Place: Sunghak Bldg.(#422) Room #610 (* Waiting Room for Students : Sunghak bldg. Room 619)

3. Examination order and time

4. IMPORTANT NOTE:

  (1) Please avoid rescheduling unless absolutely necessary. In the event of unavoidable changes, contact each committee member and the administrative office individually.

  (2) The second evaluation is closed to the public. As with the first evaluation, please provide each committee member with one bound copy of the thesis and the Turnitin plagiarism report by Jun, 11.(Wed).

  ※ Submission to the GSIS office is not required.

  ※ Plagiarism rate must be below 20%.

  ※ If you wish to change the submission date, please consult with your academic advisor in advance.

  (3) Please prepare the Thesis Evaluation Report before the evaluation, and submit it to the committee chair on the day of the evaluation after it is completed.

  (4) Submission of Thesis Evaluation Report (with signature) → Submit to the GSIS Office by 2025. Jul. 4.(Fri), 17:00 (Deadline must be strictly observed).

  (5) Submission of Final Approved Thesis (with signature) → Submit to the GSIS Office by 2025. Jul. 4.(Fri), 17:00 (Deadline must be strictly observed).

  (6) In case of withdrawal or postponement of the evaluation, please notify the administrative office as soon as possible.

3. 심사 순서

4. 주의 사항:

  (1) 일정 변경은 가급적 지양해 주시고, 부득이하게 변경할 경우 심사위원 및 행정실에 개별적으로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

  (2) 2차 심사는 비공개 심사이며, 1차 심사와 마찬가지로 제본 논문 1부와 논문표절방지 프로그램 결과물(Turnitin 보고서)를 6월 11일(수)까지 심사위원께 직접 전달해 주시기 바랍니다.

    (* 행정실 제출 불필요 / 표절률 기준: 20% 미만 / 제출일 변경 시 지도교수와 반드시 상의 요망)

  (3) 논문심사 결과보고서는 심사 전에 미리 준비하여, 심사 당일 심사 후 심사위원장에게 전달해 주시기 바랍니다.

  (4) 논문심사 결과보고서 제출 (서명 또는 날인 필수) → 2025. 7. 4.(금) 17:00까지 국제전문대학원 행정실로 제출(기간엄수)

  (5) 최종인준 날인 논문 1부 제출 (서명 또는 날인 필수)  → 2025. 7. 4.(금) 17:00까지 국제전문대학원 행정실로 제출(기간엄수)

  (6) 심사 포기 또는 연기 시에는 즉시 행정실로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.
