Major Change

1. Application Period: 2025. 7(Jul). 16.(Wed) by 17:00

2. Eligibility to Apply:

  1) Enrolled students who have completed at least one semester and are before the start of their third semester.

  2) Students must have completed at least 6 credits in their current major.

3. Required Documents:

  1) Application Form (Attached)

  2) Statement of Reasons for Changing Major (Attached)

  3) Transcript (https://pnu.certpia.com/)

  4) Written opinion from your academic advisor (If you do not have an academic advisor, you should obtain this from the Associate Dean of GSIS) (Attached)

4. Notes:

  1) You can apply for a change of major only once.

  2) Due to the change of major, you may need to extend your study period and register for additional semesters.

  3) If you have any questions, please visit our office.

  4) The PASS program advisor is not considered an 'Academic Advisor'.

  5) You can only change your major within the department.(GSIS).

[GSIS International Trade major → GSIS International Logistics and Port Management (○), GSIS International Trade Major → General graduate school(X)]

  6) Change of major applications may not be approved depending on the outcome of the faculty meeting.

  7) Guarantor information required

1. 전공변경 신청기간: 2025. 7. 16.(수) 17:00까지

2. 전공변경 신청대상 자격:

  1) 1개 학기 이상 이수하고 세 번째 학기 개시 전인 재학생

  2) 기존 전공 교과목 6학점 이상 이수

3. 전공변경 신청서류: (붙임파일)

  1) 전공변경신청서

  2) 전공변경사유서

  3) 성적증명서 (https://pnu.certpia.com/)

  4) 전공변경 지도교수의견서 (지도교수가 없는 경우, 부원장님에게 의견서를 받아야 함)

4. 주의사항

  1) 전과 신청은 재학 중 1회만 신청 가능

  2) 전과로 인해 수업연한을 초과하여 이수해야 하는 경우가 발생할 수도 있음

  3) 국제전문대학원 내에서 전공 변경만 가능함

[국제전문대학원 국제통상 전공 → 국제전문대학원 국제물류및항만관리전공 (○), 국제전문대학원 국제통상 전공 → 일반대학원(X)]

  4) 전공변경 신청은 교수회의 결과에 따라 승인되지 않을 수 있음

  5) 보증인 정보 작성 필수
