MW class electric propulsion load test facility

 

 

 

  - Build a performance evaluation facility considering the power characteristics of hydrogen fuel cells (low voltage, high current)

  - Actual load environment through the load motor (using operation data, etc.)

  - Development of hydrogen-based electric propulsion system equipment, technology preemption

  - Establishment of facilities and performance evaluation system in actual performance environment

 

 

  - Motor performance (output, etc.), temperature rise, and temperature distribution test

  - Propulsion motor load test in complex environment

  - Network power supply and distribution system electrical equipment performance evaluation test

  - Real sea area simulation test possible using ship operation data

 

 

  - Test facility size : 8m×10m (width×length) or more

  - System configuration : distribution stage, load stage, load motor, medium-sized middle-size RTDS cubicle for demonstration test, etc.

  - Load motor rated capacity 2MW, rated torque 1,500 Nm or more, rated speed 1,200 RPM
