3. The notice for applicants(Must read)
▶ The documents you submitted will NOT be returned and additional documents could be required if necessary.
▶ You have to submit the TOTAL 3 SETS of Documents (1 set of ORIGINAL document + 2 sets of
PHOTOCOPIES). Please prepare the documents arranged in the same order as written on the “Checklist” on the application form.
Incomplete documents or non-submission of 2 sets of photocopies will result in the disqualification.
▶ Required apostille or consular confirmation(from Korea embassy) documents are
1. Proof of nationality and 2. Academic documents(degree and transcript)
(For details, please refer to the attached guideline)
▶ You have to submit the original of the apostille or the original of the consular confirmation(from Korea embassy) you get.
(Students who submitted a copy of the apostille or the original of the consular confirmation(from Korea embassy) are not accepted)
▶ Be sure NOT to use STAPLER, use Clips.
▶ Be sure NOT to put each piece of paper in a file(Put them once, NOT SEPARATELY)
▶ In general, the courses are taught in KOREAN. Regarding the courses, please contact the Dept. Office directly.

▶ Be sure to write "2024 GKS-Graduate[R&D, Global Network]" at the envelope or the title of e-mail.
