√ 최근 유럽 · 중동 · 동남아를 중심으로 전 세계적으로 홍역 환자 발생이 증가하고 있습니다.

√ 홍역은 기침 또는 재채기 등 비말과 공기를 통해 전파되는 감염병으로 전염성이 매우 높은 것이 특징입니다.

  (홍역에 대한 면역이 불충분한 사람이 환자와 접촉 시, 90%이상 감염됨)

√ 홍역은 한국에서 『감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률』 제2조에 따른 “제2급 감염병”으로 강제격리 가능한 감염병이며 추적관리 대상에 해당합니다.

√ 홍역을 예방하기 위해서는 예방백신(MMR) 2회 접종해야 하며, 접종하지 않은 경우 4주 간격으로 접종해야 합니다. 

  또한 사람이 많은 곳에서 마스크 착용, 손 씻기, 기침예절 등 개인 위생수칙 준수가 필요합니다.

√ 이에 안전한 교육환경 조성을 위해 2024학년도 2학기부터는 기숙사 입소 시 홍역 예방접종 증명서(총 2회)를 제출하셔야 하니, 기숙사를 신청하시는 학생들은 미리 준비해주시기 바랍니다.

√ Measles is an infectious disease that spreads through droplets and air, such as coughing or sneezing, and is characterized by being highly contagious.

  (When a person with insufficient immunity to measles comes into contact with a patient, more than 90% of them become infected.)

√ In addition, measles is an infectious disease that can be compulsorily quarantined as a “2nd class infectious disease” in Korea under Article 2 of the 『Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act』 and is subject to tracking management.

√ To prevent measles, you must take the vaccine(MMR) 2 times, and if you have not been vaccinated, you must take the vaccine at 4-week intervals. 

Additionally, it is necessary to follow personal hygiene rules such as wearing a mask, washing hands, and coughing etiquette in crowded places.

√ In order to keep a safe educational environment, starting from the fall semester 2024, you will be required to submit a measles vaccination certificate (2 times in total) when entering the dormitory, so students applying for the dormitory should prepare it in advance.
