√ [추가 합격자 기숙사비 납부]

1. 고지서 출력 및 납부 기간 : 2024. 7. 24.(수) 10:00 ~ 7. 26.(금) 16:00 (※한국 시간 기준)

2. 납부방법 : 국내 납부, 해외 카드결제, 해외 은행송금 모두 가능

      ※ 한국 내에서 가상계좌로 납부한 학생들은, 해외 flywire 결제 메일이 오더라도 이중으로 납부하지 마세요.

★ 한국 내에서 납부 할 때 : 고지서 출력해서 은행 방문 납부 또는 가상계좌 입금

★ 해외에서 납부 할 때 : Flywire를 통한 납부

개인별 이메일로 발송된 본인의 Invoice를 확인하시고, 결제하시면 됩니다.

(이메일 “받은 편지함”에서 확인이 불가능하시면, “스팸 메일함”까지 확인해주세요.)

※ 발송되는 이메일 형식은 아래과 같습니다.

√ [추가 합격자 결핵진단서, 홍역 예방접종 증명서(2회) 제출]

1. 제출대상 : 추가 합격자 전원 (결핵 고위험국가가 아닌 국가 학생이라도, 모든 학생은 제출 필수)

※ 2024년에 기숙사에 거주한 학생은 결핵진단서를 제출하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

※ 최근 국내 홍역 집단 발생으로 인해, 2024학년도 2학기부터는 기숙사 입소 시 홍역 예방접종 증명서(총 2회)를 제출해야 합니다. 출생 시부터 현재까지 총 2회 예방접종을 하셔야 하니, 관련 증명서를 준비해서 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

   홍역 예방접종은 1차 접종 후 최소 4주가 지난 이후 2차 접종을 하실 수 있습니다.

※ 결핵진단서 및 홍역 예방접종 증명서 미제출시 기숙사 합격은 취소됩니다.

2. 제출서류

  ① 결핵 유무가 명시되어 있는 검진결과서

  (흉부 X-ray 필름은 제출하지 않음. 결핵 유무를 알 수 있는 모든 테스트 허용)

 ② 홍역 예방접종 증명서(총 2번 예방접종을 했다는 사실을 알 수 있는 모든 증명서 허용)

3. 발급기관 : 한국, 해외 등 모든 국가 의료기관

  (단, 한국어 또는 영어로 작성된 서류만 가능합니다.

  다른 언어로 쓰여진 경우, 한국어 또는 영어 번역본(본인이 번역해도 가능)도 함께 제출해주세요.)

4. 검진일자 : 2024. 6. 1.(토) 이후 검진 받은 서류만 인정함

※ 2024학년도 여름 방학 중(8월 5일 오후예정) 캠퍼스 내에서 결핵검진 받을 학생은 제출하지 않아도 됨

1. Period of printout invoice : 2024. 7. 24.(Wed) 10:00 ~ 7. 26.(Fri) 16:00 (※ KST)

2. How to pay : Pay in Korea, by credit card or overseas remittance

      ※ Students who paid with a virtual account in Korea should not pay twice even if they receive an overseas flywire payment email.

★ If you want to pay in Korea : Print your bill out, visit the bank or transfer fee to your virtual account number.

★ If you want to pay abroad, (pay in your country or If payment is not made using a Korean bank account or Korean credit card)

   : You can pay through “Flywire(global payments and software company)”.

    Please check your email to find Invoice and complete payment.

※ If you have any problems or questions, you can ask for help  24/7.

※ If your nationality is Chinese, Indian, or Vietnamese among students paying overseas,

       you must attach an invoice on the last page of payment, so it is recommended

       to save the bill as a PDF on the bill print page in advance and use it.

√ [Submission the result of the additional successful candidates]

   1. Who : All the 1st successful candidates (All students, even those from countries not at high risk for tuberculosis, must submit it.)

※ Students who submitted 2024 Spring semester or Summer semester do not need to submit the tuberculosis certificate.

※ Due to the recent outbreak of measles in Korea, starting from the Fall semester 2024, you must submit a measles vaccination certificate(2 times in total) upon entering the dormitory. A total of 2 vaccinations are required from birth to present, so please prepare and submit relevant certificates.

   The second dose of measles vaccination can be administered at least 4 weeks after the first dose.

※ Dormitory admission will be cancelled if tuberculosis certificate and measles vaccination certificate are not submitted.

2. Required document :

  ① A medical examination result stating the presence or absence of Tuberculosis

     (Do not submit the Chest X-ray film. Any test/forms that can determine the presence of tuberculosis is accepted.)

  ② Measles vaccination certificate (Any certificate showing that you have been vaccinated a total of 2 times is acceptable.)

3. Issuing place : Any hospital/Clinic/Doctor’s in Korea or overseas(certificate acceptable issued only in Korean or English, otherwise translation in Korean or English should be submitted.

   No notarization required. Translation can be done by yourself.)

4. Examination date : Acceptable examined after 2024. 6. 1.(Sat)

5. Submission Period and How to submit

  ※ It is expected to have a tuberculosis test on Busan campus on 8th August afternoon.

     If you are available to take a test during that period on Busan campus, you don't need to submit it. Your result will be delivered directly.
