◦ 졸업예정자(‘25. 8월 졸업)를 제외한 ‘25학년도 1학기 재학생
※ 재학생의 도약수업 이수 결과 제한 사항(유의사항) ① 졸업 당해 학기의 도약수업은 수강할 수 없음 ② 단, 학사학위취득유예신청예정자와 조기졸업을 희망하지 않는 학생은 도약수업 수강희망 확인서(붙임5)를 작성하여 소속 학과에 제출한 경우에 수강 가능 ③ 해당 학기 졸업이수학점을 충족하지 못한 재학생이 도약수업 이수로 인하여 졸업이수학점을 충족하더라도, 당해 학기 졸업은 불가 ※ 도약수업 이후 한 학기 이상 이수하여야 함 |
◦ ’25학년도 여름도약수업을 수강하기 위해 ‘25학년도 2학기 복학 허가를 받은 휴학생
※ 휴학생의 도약수업 이수 결과 제한 사항(유의사항) ① 휴학 중인 학생이 도약수업을 이수하여 졸업요건을 충족하더라도, 복학 후 한 학기 이상을 이수하여야 졸업할 수 있음 ② 도약수업 이수 후 휴학을 연장(복학 취소) 할 경우에는 도약수업에서 이수한 성적은 무효 처리되며, 납부한 도약수업 등록금은 일체 반환되지 않음 ‣ 학점 인정 불가 사례 : 1학기 휴학 → 여름도약수업 이수 → 2학기 휴학 ‣ 학점 인정 사례 - 1학기 휴학 → 여름도약수업 이수 → 2학기 재학(복학) - 1학기 재학 → 여름도약수업 이수 → 2학기 휴학 |

※ ATM, 인터넷뱅킹, 모바일뱅킹, 텔레뱅킹(단, 부산은행은 텔레뱅킹 미실시) 가능
※ 가상계좌의 예금주는 학생 본인 성명임
◦ 유의 사항
- 과목별로 분납 불가
(예시) 2과목 신청 후 1과목만 현금등록(X) / 신청한 교과목의 총액을 현금등록(O)
- 등록금이 0원인 과목을 신청한 경우 자동등록 처리되므로 수강 신청에 유의 (※ 수강 미희망 시 반드시 별도로 수강취소를 신청해야 함)
※ ①등록금 총액이 0원인 경우와 ②등록금 0원인 과목을 포함하여 2개 이상의 과목을 신청한 경우(납부 등록금 발생) 모두 등록금 총액 납부 여부와 관련 없이 0원 과목은 자동등록 처리됨
- 계절수업과 도약수업을 모두 신청한 경우, 등록금 고지서는 각각 출력하여 납부하여야 함
- 추가 현금등록 기간에는 농협은행에만 납부할 수 있으며, 고지서를 다시 출력하여 납부 하여야 함
- 등록금 미납자의 수강신청 내역은 추가 현금등록 기간 종료 후 일괄 삭제
수강취소 및 등록금 반환

| 성적 처리 |
◦ 정규학기 성적평가 방법과 동일하게 적용
◦ 도약수업 이수학점은 정규 학기(1·2학기)에 포함하지 않고 별도 ‘여름·겨울도약수업’ 학기로 표기
◦ 계절수업 성적이 포함된 성적증명서는 성적 확정일부터 발급 가능하므로, 주요 일정을 사전에 확인하여 수강 시 착오 없길 바람

◦ Students who are enrolled in Spring Semester, 2025
※ Limitations in the grade of Summer Semester courses for Enrolled Students (Notes) ① Students who are in their final semester before graduation are not allowed to take Step Forward Classes. ② However, students who plan to apply for graduation deferment or do not intend to graduate early may be permitted to Summer Semester, provided that they complete the “Intent to Take Step Forward Classes” form (Attachment 5) and submit it to their department. ③ Even if a student who has not yet fulfilled the required graduation credits manages to meet the requirement by taking Summer Semester, graduation in the current semester will not be allowed. ※ Students must complete at least one additional semester after taking Summer Semester in order to graduate. |
◦ Students on a leave of absence who gained the approval of the reinstatement to take courses in 2025 fall semester.
※ Limitations in the grade of Step Forward Classes for the students on a leave of absence (Notes) ① Even if a student on leave of absence fulfills graduation conditions by taking courses in summer semester, one or more regular semester must be completed after re-enrollment in order to graduate. ② If a student applies for a leave of absence extension(or re-enrollment cancellation) after completing the summer semester courses, all the grade & credits will NOT be granted and all the tuition fee will not be refunded ‣ The case the credits are NOT granted : Leave of absence in spring semester → Summer semester completion → Leave of absence in fall semester ‣ The cases the credits are granted. - Leave of absence in spring semester → Summer semester course completion → Re-enrolled in fall semester - Enrolled in spring semester → Summer semester courses completed → Leave of absence in fall semester |

Tuition Payment
◦ Available Banks : NH Bank/ Busan Bank
◦ Payment Method : Make a payment by visiting banks OR make transfer to the virtual account given to individuals
※ Available : ATM, Internet banking, Mobile banking, Tele-banking(Not available for Busan bank).
※ When using ‘virtual account,’ account holder’s name will be the student’s.
◦ NOTES
- Separate payment not available
Ex) Payment for one course when registered for 2 courses (X) / Payment for all courses registered (O)
- When the total tuition amount is “KRW 0”, the registration will be automatically confirmed so please be careful with the course registration
※ ①When the total tuition amount is KRW 0 and ②When there are two or more courses, including those with KRW 0 tuition fees (resulting in payment), regardless of whether the total tuition amount is paid or not, courses with KRW 0 tuition fees will be automatically registered.
- If one registers for both summer course and StepForward Classes, one needs to print out the separate bill and make the payment.
- During the additional payment period(cash only), NH bank is the only available bank. Tuition bill must be newly printed during this period.
The course registration record will be deleted for the students who do not pay tuition fee during additional registration period.
Course Withdrawal & Tuition Fee Refund

| Grading |
◦ Grading regulation is same with the regular semesters’
◦ Credits obtained through Step Forward Classes will not be included in the regular academic semesters (1st and 2nd semesters), but will instead be recorded under a separate semester titled "Summer/Winter Step Forward Classes“.
◦ Transcripts that include grades from seasonal (summer/winter) courses can only be issued after the official grade confirmation date. Please make sure to check the key academic dates in advance to avoid any confusion when enrolling in courses.
