We would like to inform you of the transfer application plan for the second semester of the 2025 academic year.
Students who wish to apply for a department transfer are advised to submit their application within the designated period.

Application Method:  Submit your transfer application online by filling out the application form through Onestop.

Eligibility Criteria for Department Transfer

• Students must have completed the required credits for the first year and be currently enrolled or scheduled to return from a leave of absence.
  ※ Students on leave must re-enroll during the designated return period for transfer applicants.

• Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher based on grades already earned.
  ※ Grades from the most recent seasonal session (e.g., summer session) prior to the transfer selection are not included.

• Students must have completed at least 6 credits of major prerequisite or required major courses in the department they wish to transfer into.

• Students must have completed the required number of credits by the time of transfer application as stipulated in Article 69 of the school regulations.

• Students must have completed all first-year major prerequisite courses of their current department (or division).

Exceptions and Restrictions

• Transfers are not allowed into the following: College of Nursing, College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and bachelor and masters course

• The following students are not eligible to apply for transfer:
   Students admitted through special talent admissions (e.g., Physical Education)
   Students admitted through the specialized high school graduate employee track (e.g.,Department of Horticultural Bioscience)
