▶ 국제협력실에서 2025학년도 2학기에 함께 근무하실 성실한 연구조교를 모집합니다.
▶ 외국인 학생들의 유학생활에 필요한 다양한 업무를 지원하게 되므로, 글로벌 역량 강화 및 다양한
업무 경험을 쌓을 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다. 관심 있는 유학생(대학원생만 가능)의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 장학내역 : 장학금을 학비에서 감면처리
* 수업료Ⅰ(입학금 포함)에서 우선면제 후 잔액을 수업료Ⅱ에서 면제
(최저시급 적용, 타 장학금 감면 후 남은 등록금액 감면)
* 성적장학금 선 감면 후 잔액 감면처리(감면되는 장학금에 따라 근무시간 조정)
2. 모집인원 : 1명
3. 근무시간 : 등록금 범위 내 (약 150시간 내외), 평일 학생 시간표에 따라 조정
4. 근무기간 : 2025. 9. 1. ~ 2026. 2. 28.
5. 주요업무
- 외국인 학생 학내 생활 안내
- 비자 연장, 시간제 취업, 외국인 등록증 등 안내
- 번역 (각 파트별 가이드라인, 안내 자료 등)
- 행정업무 보조
6. 지원자격
- 석사/박사 학위 과정 외국인 재학생으로 휴학(예정)생 또는 정규 직장을 가지고 있는 학생은 신청 불가
- 직전학기 성적 평점평균 3.0이상인 학생(신입생의 경우 해당학과 입학성적이 우수한 학생)
- 유학생들에게 도움을 주고자 하는 마음을 가진 친절하고 성실한 학생
- 한국어, 영어 능통자 우대
- 한국어, 영어를 제외한 기타 언어 가능자 가산점 부여
※ 연구조교는 학비감면의 형태로 장학금이 지급되므로, 타 재원에서 학비를 보조받는 학생(특히, GKS 정부초청장학생)은 지원 불가

- 면접 및 번역시험 : 7. 30.(수) ~ 7. 31.(목) (대면면접이 어려울 시, 전화 또는 ZOOM으로 면접할 예정입니다.)

▶ We are looking for an applicant(Teaching Assistant) who will work at PNU International Office in Fall Semester 2025.
▶ It will be a good opportunity for you to support various parts of international students and develop your global ability.
Your interest and active application will be very appreciated.
1. Scholarship Details : Scholarship will be deducted from your tuition fee.
* TuitionⅠ(including admission fee) + some of TuitionⅡ
(Current minimum wage will be applied,
Remaining tuition after deduction of other scholarships will be deducted.)
* Reduction of the balance after the pre-exemption of the scholarship for grades (adjustment of working hours according to the scholarship to be exempted).
2. Number of Recruitment : 1 Person
3. Working Hour : Within the scope of tuition (about 150 hours),
The schedule will be modified depending on your class schedule on weekdays.
4. Working Period : 2025. Sep. 1st ~ 2026. Feb. 28th
5. Main Work-scope
- Support on campus life(insurance, dormitory, Korean class, tutor and etc.)
- Support on visa extension, working visa, alien registration and etc.
- Translation (Guideline of each part, guidance materials and etc.)
- Assistant of administration
6. Qualification for Applicants
- Master/Ph.D Enrolled International students(If the leave of absence(planned) or be working in a full-time position, you cannot apply for that.)
- Students with an average GPA of 3.0 or higher in the previous semester
(In case of freshmen, students with excellent admission scores in the department will be selected.)
- Kind and sincere students with a desire to help international students.
- Fluency in Korean and English is preferred.
- Additional points are given to those who can speak any language other than Korean or English.
※ TA receive scholarships in the form of tuition waivers, so students who receive financial support for tuition from other sources (especially GKS government-invited scholarship students) are not eligible to apply.

8. Selection Procedure

- Announce of the successful candidate : Jul. 29th (Tue)
* If you cannot get the individual call or email for an appointment for the interview (09:00~ 18:00), you cannot be selected.
- Individual Interview and translation test : Jul. 30th (Wed) ~ 31th (Thu)
(If face-to-face interviews are difficult, we plan to conduct interviews via face-call or ZOOM.)
- Announcement of final successful candidate : scheduled on Aug. 1st (Fri)
