2019 summer medical service

An unofficial event (birthday).

Pusan National University Graduate School of Dentistry has four volunteer clubs. Each of the four volunteer clubs volunteers for a year in their own way, and Cheong-A's main activity is a week of 'summer medical service'.

Cheong-A's summer medical service is the biggest event among club activities, and it is a meaningful time to practice sharing and build pleasant memories. Under the guidance of a public health doctor from Cheong-A and seniors in grades 3 and 4, Cheong-A students in 1st and 3rd grades of pre-school and 1st and 2nd grades in a regular course perform medical volunteer work for nearby residents and have the opportunity to handle and practice the instruments you see in the book. As you will know if you go to the hospital during the 3rd grade pk practice, the hands-on training that you experience and experience at least once is said to be worth the price. (We anesthetize each other and it's really fun.)

Although there are hardships as much as the environment is poor, I am proud to be a place where you can feel the affection of Cheong-A people, who is growing stronger in the midst of hardship and adversity over the past four days.

In addition to medical volunteering, starting with the first event after entering the school, Winter bone study, there are other events such as the opening general meeting, RO dressing ceremony, cadaver ceremony, and graduation farewell party.

In the case of 2020, all events could not be held due to the corona virus, and in 2021, most of the events were not held except for the 'winter osteology lecture'( conducted under quarantine rules). I sincerely hope that Corona will end soon and we can have a pleasant place.

As it is an unfamiliar school life, it seems that the people next to you are very precious and important in the life of a dental school at Pusan National University. Everyone is welcome to come as Chung-A, who want to feel a strong leadership and guidance between seniors and juniors as much as their classmates.
