All campus food service outlets procure ingredients from small businesses and local companies based in Busan City and Gyeongsangnam do Province to secure fresh, locally sourced food. Contracts require hygienic transport and set quality standards by ingredient type (e.g., meat, poultry) to ensure safe, healthy meals.

Menus for all dining halls are publicly available on the university website and app, withingredient origins disclosed.
