Pusan National University(PNU) endorses the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining for all employees,

Employees are permitted to form organizations, negotiate with the university, and improve their working conditions, wages, and welfare.
In 2023, PNU held multiple negotiation sessions to establish wages and finalize collective agreements.
These agreements outline workers' rights regarding freedom of association and collective bargaining, along with the university's obligations.
