to select their own working hours and locations. 

This includes a "flexible working hours system," enabling adjustments to start and end times and working days within 

the standard 40-hour workweek. 

Additionally, PNU offers a "remote work system," permitting employees to work from home or other locations. 

Staff members can submit applications for flexible working hour adjustments through an electronic system, 

which helps reduce commuting times by avoiding peak traffic hours.
