Pusan National University(PNU) offers specialized educational programs focused on sustainability and sustainable

development, preparing students for a proactive role in a sustainable future.

1. The Graduate School of Climate Change provides a major in Climate Change Convergence, which aims to enhance

   understanding of climate change, develop urban policy models with green infrastructure, and train professionals. 

   A key course is Introduction to Carbon-Neutral Cities.

2. The Graduate School of Convergence for Clean Energy Integrated Generation runs a program to cultivate clean energy

   professionals with a goal of carbon neutrality. 

   Key courses are Special Topics in Renewable Energy Convergence and Renewable Energy and Sustainability Engineering.

3. PNU also offers a major in International Educational Development Cooperation to improve skills in international

   education development, Official Development Assistance (ODA), and international relations.

4. To support global CO2 reduction and the target of carbon neutrality by 2050, PNU offers a major in Convergence of

   Electrochemical Energy Storage (EES), focusing on renewable energy training.

5. The Department of Integrated Climate System Science provides education in climate science and research

   opportunities on sustainability and climate impacts, with courses such as Numerical Modeling of Climate Systems.
