• Deadline Submission of Abstract or Papers: 30 April, 2025
• Deadline Notification of Acceptance: 10 June, 2025
• Deadline Author Registration: 30 July, 2025

• Expanded Abstract or Full Paper Submission: Each expanded abstract must be written in English and contain 500 to 1,000 words including a maximum of 10 key references. Each full paper must be written in English with a maximum length of 6 pages.
• Best Student Paper Award: Best Student Paper Awards will be presented to selected presentations with the submission of full papers.
