The Korean and East Asian Studies Program (KEASP) is a unique regional studies program run by the Department of Global Studies (DGS) at PNU. KEASP offers:
- A regional studies curriculum that focuses on Korea and East Asia
- An undergraduate program taught in English by international professors and mainly targeted to international students, including exchange and study abroad students
- Both full-time study for a bachelor’s degree and short-term study for 1 or 2 semesters
- Courses to non-degree exchange or study abroad students since spring 2014 and for degree-seeking students as of spring 2015
- Summer session classes
The program offers a wide range of courses that includes history, culture, society, politics, international relations, economy, business, and trade, as well as Korean language instruction.
