Polymers produced by polymeric reaction that chemically combines monomers using solvents are macromolecules having characteristics that are light, applicable for other materials, and easily functionalized. Our lab synthesize natural and chemical polymers, make pattern by means of organic/inorganic mixed complex materials, and study modules that have selective permeability, and absorption ability. We are also doing research on changing surface characteristics including hypophilic, and hyperphilic properties of tissue- and cell-specific biomaterials.
