◆ Lab Overview

Our laboratory is focusing on the design and fabrication of smart functional nanomaterials and nanostructures using atomic layer deposition (ALD) and bottom-up/top-down hybrid nanofabrication technology for various emerging nanodevices. Also, we seek to exploit interesting characteristics of artificially designed interface materials by ALD.
