Jae-Hyuk Kim is currently the assistant professor in the School of Chemical · Biomolecular & Environmental Engineering at Pusan National University, Korea. He received B.S. degree and a Ph. D. degree in the School of Chemical and Biological Engineering from Seoul National University in Korea in 2002 and 2009, respectively. He has worked in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology (2010-2013) and in the department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Yale University (2013-2014) as a postdoctoral researcher. His current interest is fabrication of upconversion materials based on triplet-triplet annihilation (TTA) and its application to energy, environmental, biomedical, material engineering such as photovoltaics, photocatalyst, bio-imaging, and anti-counterfeiting technique.
