※ 자유관 신청자가 배정인원보다 많은 관계로, 불합격자가 많은 점 이해부탁드립니다.

※ 웅비관 신청자가 배정인원보다 많은 관계로, 불합격자가 많은 점 이해부탁드립니다.

※ 신입생 우선 배정원칙으로 그 외 지원자에서 많은 불합격자 발생.

※ 그 외 대학생활원 또한 배정인원보다 신청자가 많은 관계로, 다수의 불합격자 발생.

[1차 합격자 기숙사비 납부]

   1. 고지서 출력 및 납부 기간 : 2026. 1. 13.(화) 10:00 ~ 1. 16.(금) 16:00 (※한국 시간 기준)

   2. 납부방법 : 국내 납부, 해외 카드결제, 해외 은행송금 모두 가능

★ 한국 내에서 납부 할 때

      : (국내) 고지서 출력해서 은행 방문 납부 또는 가상계좌 입금

★ 해외에서 납부 할 때

     : (해외) 온라인 납부

※ 납부 화면에서 “(본인의) 국가”를 선택하세요.

※ 결제에서 문제가 있을 때  를 눌러 24시간 실시간으로 문의하세요.

 ※ 해외결제하는 학생 중 국적이 중국, 인도, 베트남인 경우 결제 마지막 페이지에서 인보이스를

      첨부해야 하므로, 미리 고지서 출력 페이지에서 고지서를 PDF로 저장 후 이용하세요.

[1차 합격자 결핵진단서, 홍역 예방접종 증명서(2회) 제출]

1. 제출서류(제출대상)

  ① 결핵 유무가 명시되어 있는 검진결과서 : 1차 합격자 "전원" (모든 합격자 제출 필수)

  ※ 결핵 고위험국가가 아닌 국가 학생이라도, 모든 학생은 제출 필수

  ※ 흉부 X-ray 필름은 제출하지 않음. 결핵 유무를 알 수 있는 모든 테스트 허용

  ※ 2026. 1. 1.(목) 이후 검진 받은 서류만 인정함

※ 2025년 2학기에 거주하고 겨울 학기에 퇴사한 학생들도 결핵진단서 반드시 제출하셔야 합니다.

② 홍역 예방접종 증명서(총 2번 예방접종을 했다는 사실을 알 수 있는 모든 증명서 허용)

  : 모든 합격자 제출 필수

  ※ 최근 국내 홍역 집단 발생으로 인해, 홍역 예방접종 증명서(총 2회)를 제출해야 합니다. 출생시부 터 현재까지 총 2회 예방접종을 하셔야 하니, 

관련 증명서를 준비해서 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

    홍역 예방접종은 1차 접종 후 최소 4주가 지난 이후 2차 접종을 하실 수 있습니다.

2. 발급기관 : 한국, 해외 등 모든 국가 의료기관

  (단, 한국어 또는 영어로 작성된 서류만 가능합니다.

  다른 언어로 쓰여진 경우, 한국어 또는 영어 번역본(본인이 번역해도 가능)도 함께 제출해주세요.)

3. 제출방법

※ 결핵진단서 및 홍역 예방접종 증명서 미제출시 기숙사 합격은 취소됩니다.

2. Remark

    - When checking the result, please check which dormitory you have been selected for.

    - The selection result cannot be changed.

※ Due to the high number of applicants for Jayoo-Hall exceeding the allocated capacity, we kindly ask for your understanding 

     regarding the large number of unsuccessful applicants.

※ In accordance with the principle of prioritizing freshmen for dormitory allocation, a significant number of applicants in other categories

   2. How to pay : Pay in Korea, by credit card or overseas remittance

    ※ If you have any problems or questions, you can ask for help  24/7.

     ※ If your nationality is Chinese, Indian, or Vietnamese among students paying overseas,

       you must attach an invoice on the last page of payment, so it is recommended

       to save the bill as a PDF on the bill print page in advance and use it.

[Submission the result of the 1st successful candidates]

1. Required document (For whom)

① A medical examination result stating the presence or absence of Tuberculosis : "All students"(Must be submitted)

  ※ Even those from countries not at high risk for tuberculosis, all residents must submit it.

  ※ No need to submit X-ray film. All forms of tests that can figure out whether you have tuberculosis or not would be available.

  ※ Acceptable examined after 2026. 1. 1.(Thurs)

② Measles vaccination certificate (Any certificate showing that you have been vaccinated total of 2 times is acceptable.)

  : Everyone must submit the document!!

※ Due to the recent outbreak of measles in Korea, all international students must submit a measles vaccination certificate(2 times in total) upon entering the dormitory. 

※  A total of 2 vaccinations are required from birth to present, so please prepare and submit relevant certificates.

   The second dose of measles vaccination can be administered at least 4 weeks after the first dose.

※ Dormitory admission will be canceled if tuberculosis certificate and measles vaccination certificate are not submitted.

2. Issuing place : Any hospital/Clinic/Doctor’s office in Korea or overseas(certificate acceptable issued only in Korean or English, otherwise translation 

                             in Korean or English should be submitted. ※ No notarization required. Translation can be done by yourself.)

3. Period and How to submit

※ Dormitory admission will be canceled if tuberculosis certificate and measles vaccination certificate are not submitted.
