2023학년도 겨울계절수업 1차 폐강강좌를 붙임과 같이 알려드리니, 폐강강좌를 수강 신청한 학생과 추가 수강 신청·정정을 하고자 하는 학생은 1차 수강정정 기간에 신청·정정하시기 바랍니다. ※ 1차 수강정정기간 이후 수강인원이 30명 미만인 강좌는 폐강(2차 폐강강좌 공고 : ′23.12.1.)될 수 있음. |
1. 1차 수강정정 대상
가. 폐강강좌 수강신청자
나. 계절수업 수강 신청·정정을 희망하는 학생
2. 1차 수강정정 기간 : 2023. 11. 23.(목) 10:00 ~ 11. 24.(금) 17:00
가. 휴학생은 수강정정 기간에 복학 신청 후 수강신청 가능하며, 2차 수강정정기간까지 복학이 허가되지 않은 학생의 수강신청내역은 일괄 삭제함(’23.12.6.(수) 예정)
나. 휴학 중인 학생이 계절수업을 이수하여 졸업요건을 충족하더라도, 복학 후 한 학기 이상을 이수하여야 졸업할 수 있음
3. 메뉴 : 학생지원시스템→수업→수강신청 및 확인→계절수업 수강신청
4. 문의처
가. 수강지도 : 학생 소속학과 사무실
나. 수강제한사항 : 강좌 개설학과 사무실
※ 수강신청 시 “제한인원 초과” 또는 “교과목코드 또는 분반을 정확하게 입력하라”는 메시지가 나타날 경우
☞ 수강편람 페이지에서 교과목명을 클릭하여‘수강제한사항’확인
☞ 개설학과로 문의 : 수강신청 로그인 화면 “담당업무별 연락처”-“전화번호찾기” 또는수강신청 로그인 후, ‘교과목 검색’ 클릭하면 학과 전화번호 조회 가능
다. 등록금 납부·환불, 수강취소 등 계절수업 운영에 관한 사항은 첨부 파일 “2023학년도 겨울계절수업 운영 안내” 참고

2023 Winter Semester 1st Canceled Courses and Add & Drop Period | ||

Below is a notice of the 1st cancelled courses if you have registered for any cancelled courses, and want to add & drop the course should check and apply during the designated period. ※ Courses with less than 30 students after 1st add & drop period may be cancelled. (Notice of 2nd canceled courses: (Scheduled on '23.12.1.) |
1. Eligibility for 1st Add & Drop
A. Students who registered for cancelled courses
B. Students who want to register or add & drop the course
2. 1st Add & Drop Period : 2023. 11. 23.(Thu) 10:00 ~ 11. 24.(Fri) 17:00
가. Students who have taken a leave of absence can register for a course after applying for a return to school during the add & drop period, the registration will be deleted if they are not accepted to return to school. (’23.12.6.(Wed) expected)
나. Even if a student who is taking a leave of absence enrolls in the summer semester and meets the graduation requirements, the student must enroll at least 1 semester after returning to school to graduate.
3. How to Register : Onestop(학생지원시스템) →Courses(수업)→Course Registration & Confirmation(수강신청 및 확인)→계절수업 수강신청

A. Course Guidance: Affiliated department office
B. Course Restrictions: Course-opening department office
※ If you see a message "Exceeds the number of students" or "Enter the course number or class section"
☞ Course Catalog: Click the 'course name' and check 'course restrictions'
☞ Inquiry to the course-opening department: On the log-in page of course registration “담당업무별 연락처”-“전화번호찾기” or click ‘교과목 검색’ than you will see the contact list.
