청소년의 정서적 학대경험과 비자살적 자해신념의 관계: 단절거절 도식과 지해에 대한 사회적 노출의 조절된 매개효과

국문초록: 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 정서적 학대경험과 비자살적 자해신념의 관계에서 단절?거절도식이 매개효과를 갖는지 살펴보고, 이러한 매개효과를 비자살적 자해에 대한 사회적 노출이 조절하는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 U광역시에 소재한 중학교 5개교에 재학 중인 남녀 청소년 311명을 대상으로 연구 변인들을 측정하는 자기보고식 설문조사 자료를 수집하고 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 확인하였다. 첫째. 정서적 학대경험과 단절?거절도식, 비자살적 자해신념, 자해에 대한 사회적 노출(대인관계 혹은 미디어를 통한 노출) 간의 상관분석 결과, 모든 변인 간에는 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째. 청소년의 정서적 학대경험과 비자살적 자해신념의 관계에서 단절?거절도식의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 셋째. 단절?거절도식과 비자살적 자해신념의 관계에서 자해에 대한 사회적 노출 및 그 하위 요인의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 사회적 노출(전체)과 미디어를 통한 노출은 유의미한 조절효과가 나타나지 않은 반면, 대인관계를 통한 노출의 조절효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 단절?거절도식은 청소년의 정서적 학대경험이 비자살적 자해신념에 미치는 영향을 매개하며, 이러한 매개효과는 대인관계 노출의 모든 수준에서 유의하지만, 그 크기는 대인관계 노출의 수준에 따라 달라지는 조절된 매개모형이 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 방향을 논의하였다.

영문초록: This study investigated whether disconnection/rejection (D/R) schema mediates the relationship between adolescent emotional abuse experiences and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) beliefs, and whether social exposure to NSSI moderates this mediating effect. To achieve this, self-report survey data were collected from 311 adolescents attending five middle schools in U Metropolitan City. The key findings are as follows: First, significant correlations were observed among emotional abuse experiences, D/R schema, NSSI beliefs, and social exposure to NSSI (both through interpersonal relationships and media). Second, a partial mediating effect of D/R schema was identified in the relationship between adolescent emotional abuse experiences and NSSI beliefs. Third, as a result of testing the moderating effect of overall social exposure to NSSI and its sub-factors (interpersonal and media exposure) on the relationship between D/R schema and NSSI beliefs, while overall social exposure and media exposure did not demonstrate significant moderating effects, interpersonal exposure showed a significant moderating effect. Finally, the moderated mediation model was confirmed: D/R schema mediates the effect of adolescent emotional abuse experiences on NSSI beliefs, and this mediating effect is significant across all levels of interpersonal exposure, though its magnitude varies depending on the level of interpersonal exposure. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study, as well as directions for future research, were discussed.
