Research NewsProfessor Sanghoo Park from the Department of Mechanical Engineering received the DaeguTec Precision Machining Technology Award at the 2024 Fall Conference of the Korean Society for Precision Engineering.Seven professors from the Department of Mechanical Engineering received the 2024 Second Half College of Engineering Excellent Researcher Award.Professor Secheol Oh from the Department of Mechanical Engineering was selected for the 2025 Ministry of Science and ICT's Pioneer Program for Future Promising Convergence Technologies.Contract-based Department NewsThe Department of Mechanical Component System Engineering held its 2025 February Winter Workshop and Degree Conferment Ceremony. 17 master's students graduated, and 1 student completed coursework. A semester-opening meeting was held in March 2025, followed by a departmental hiking event for the first semester of the 2025 academic year.The Department of Smart Home Appliance and Air Conditioning Systems held its 2025 February Degree Conferment Ceremony, with 12 master's students graduating.
